Recently I have been travelling a lot to the coast. One of my favorite beaches to visit is called the Number 16 beach, also known as the back beach to the locals. Its amazing what you can discover. Recently I have been able to watch the wild waves and many different forms of aquatic life. There are hundreds of rock pools full of interesting and unique forms of life.
Number 16 beach is quite popular among experienced surfers, with 200 meters of reef and rock free waters that allow for great waves for surfing. With 700 meters of reef and rock formations, Number 16 beach is one of the few beaches with open waters to the Australian Bass strait.
