Chasing Wild Mushrooms

It can be very magical in the garden, if you know where to look.

I wanted to share something a bit different here on the website with you all. As some of you might have guessed I love photography just as much as I adore plants. I love capturing a moment in time that only you and your camera can take. I really enjoy taking photos during this time of year for a few reasons. The first reason is the evening glow in the late afternoon and the second reason is the wild mushrooms that come to life.

Saturday afternoon, in the heavy rain, was the golden hour for me to capture some photos. I spent a few hours lying in the mud trying to capture different shadows and angles of the mushrooms. So, here are a few of the photos I managed to capture on my camera. I love the magical atmosphere in some of these.

This is my favourite photo (below) that I took on the day. The only editing I have done on this photo is the adding of my watermark, I did not edited the colours or shadows of this photo at ALL! This is the magic of the afternoon sunlight after some rain.
