Recently I partnered up with Plantnet to create a video showing you how to plant a blueberry in a pot correctly. Blueberry Burst is a dwarf, (1.2m Hight X 70cm Wide), compact growing variety and is ideal to be grown in a pot for its entire lifetime.
In this video I show you what you should and shouldn’t be doing when planting up a Blueberry Burst in a pot. You will be needing:
–ย Plastic or Terracotta Pot, 40 – 50cm
– Camellia and Azalea potting mix
– Bag of Course Pine-bark
– Plant Starter by Grow Better
Have you grown a blueberry in a pot or container? What results did you get?
Until next time happy gardening! By Bonnie-Marie Hibbs ยฉBMHPhotographyTheGardenerโsNotebook2017

I’ve just plant 2 blueberries in terracotta pots. Do they prefer plastic over terracotta? Or does it not matter?
By the way I’m the person that bought the black cherry and green zebra and told you about the guy selling the pots.
Haha I know, I hope your tomatoes are growing well! ๐ The pots you plant blueberries into doesn’t matter as long as you have used the correct soil for the plants. Also, make sure to water them more regularly if they are in terracotta, as it can dry out quickly in the summer months.
Thanks! will do
