Oh boy…. It has been awhile since I last wrote to you all. Life has been busy, I have been doing a lot of filming with The Garden Gurus. Have you seen the stories? If not, you can find some of my videos below: (You can see all my stories on their YouTube Channel)
I have also been working harder than ever at the nursery as I have gained even more roles/ responsibilities. But the most exciting thing to happen in recent weeks is…… I have moved into my ‘mini farm’. Don’t worry, I still have the big farm which will be featured on this blog. The new mini farm is where I will do most of my gardening. It is a blank canvas awaiting for the injection of creativity…. Which I am still trying to figure out the garden layout. I will have photos coming very soon!!!
But I bet your wondering, what has been happening in the garden. Well I spent a bunch of dollars on seeds for my garden. I have been sowing them into peat pots and I am really pleased with the results. Keep an eye out for the blog review and possibly a video…. coming soon. ( Would you rather a video review?? Let me know down below).

What has been happening in your garden? Have you had a plant come into bloom which you forgot you had? Or have you recently purchased a plant and it is doing really well… Whichever it is, I would love to hear about it. Write your comments down below!
Until next time happy gardening!

I love the delicate looking flowers of our native plants we have them dotted around the property so its like a treasure hunt everytime we go for a walk. Your photos are beautiful. Love the clips, so glad to see all is going well for you. Hopefully we’ll have a new blank canvas soon too our house is on the market. look forward to seeing how you go with your new plot. Thanks for sharing.
I have slowly been adding more and more natives into the garden. You right, it is like a treasure hunt, their flowers are stunning!
Good luck, it is exciting to have a new canvas to work with. I have the layout almost figured out, I just need to get busy pulling some of the grass out now to make some garden beds haha.
I think that most would prefer video. I actually do not. I just do not watch videos. But, like I say, I suspect that most prefer videos.
What is that lavender? The bloom seems to be that of Spanish lavender, but some of the foliage seems to be that of French lavender. (I suspect the tow are mingled.)
We have not had any surprise blooms that I can think of (which is actually a surprise), but I did happen to find some rhubarb that was forgotten about a long time ago. It is a variety that I am not familiar with.
